Job Duties:
As a BCBA at Nicolas ABA Therapy LLC, you'll embark on a rewarding journey where your expertise in ABA will positively impact the lives of those we serve. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
• Designing and implementing behavior intervention strategies
• Providing ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
• Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Continuously evaluating and adjusting interventions based on client progress and feedback
